QSTRUCT for General Contracting and Marine Services was founded in 2025 in Mandara, Alexandria — combining ADC-certified diving expertise with structured project delivery on Egypt's coast.
Our story. QSTRUCT was founded to bring international-grade diving supervision and structured contracting to Egyptian marine infrastructure. Every engagement is planned, supervised and documented against ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures, with an ADC-certified diving supervisor on-site.
In its first year, the crew delivered 700+ verified diving hours across Borg El-Arab and Ras El-Teen — installing and removing sidewall blocks, placing tetra-blocks in tough sea state, and completing inspection programs with signed engineering reports.
The team draws on more than a decade of legacy experience across Ras Gargoub, El Dabaa and Arish Port — subsea work carried out under international operators before the QSTRUCT brand was formed.
